Is it possible to pass filter parameters to ECC?

I've received a request to enhance Buyer Work Center Suppliers module by including a tab that shows Negotiation, Order and Agreement history for a given supplier. Instead of doing that I'd like to link out to Project Procurement Supplier Analysis in ECC. Is it possible to launch ECC passing in the Supplier Number as a filter?
