Siebel 21.5 IRM query

Hello Oracle team,

We have upgraded the Siebel 8.1 to Siebel 21.5 on DEV database. Now developer done many changes on Siebel DEV 8.1 version. It will be difficult to perform the 8.1 changes manually to 21.5 .So we decide to perform the IRM again after cloning the Siebel 8.1 database which contains same username and password and same TNS entry only.

Will this workaround works ? performing the IRM alone again on Siebel DEV 8.1 cloned database.

Or i need to freshly install the Siebel 21.5 binaries again ?


Or perform the entire upgrade again

or only perform IRM and use the same old 21.5 setup to bring up application
