BI Publisher - PDF title metadata

When creating a PDF report from BI Publisher (11.1.1.9), title metadata (property) of the PDF is blank. This has an effect in the way it is displayed by all PDF clients. Usually they just decide to show the last part of the URL (in an Oracle ApEx application for example that has https://<domai>/apex/f?p=XXX shows "f").

The question is: is there a way to fill in the title property with a dynamic or at least a static value?
