LTLV (Leadtime Level) and LTCM (Leadtime Cumulative) in F4102

Dear Team,

Appreciate if JDE experts share their knowledge on the fields LTLV (Leadtime Level) and LTCM (Leadtime Cumulative) in F4102 from the Procurement Perspective.

Values in these two fields are auto updated?

Does this field has any significance in rating the supplier performance.

Any good example to explain the above fields is highly appreciated.

Oracle Help:

LTLV: Purchased - The number of calendar days required for the item to arrive at your branch/plant after the supplier receives your purchase order. ( Is it from the requisition order creation date until receipt date.. Please Clarify)

LTCM :Purchased - The item's level leadtime. Purchased item leadtimes are included in the calculation of cumulative leadtimes.
