R42565 for Canadian Customers with VAT

Is there a localization required for R42565 to print Canadian invoices so that each tax displays on the invoice. For Provinces that have more than one tax rate like Quebec, both tax amounts have to display on the invoice. Currently they are combined and labeled VAT probably since I tagged the customer master with a V for Tax Type.

Any help is appreciated as we've just gone live.
