Journal in AME approval workflow

Hi, 

We have a journal created by WebADI and connected to AME workflow for approval. 

When it has not been approved after 7 days it is kicked out of the workflow and we have to do some work by removing approvers from AME setup and resend AME Paralell Approval subprocesses for the journal. 


Now I have a question. 


We have one journal where we have followed our normal routine, but I suspect that one approver who should approve, instead pressed the reject button for the journal, and we by our workaround acted as he had approved. So we retriggered the journal and cancelled the subprocess for hte approver who did the rejection. And after this we send the journal again for approval, to 2 other users in the same approver group, to get the journal posted. With no success.
