AWE NEM Notifications - How to send a different email on the 2nd notification

For testing, we setup timeout notifications on an AWE transaction to be 1 hour, 2 hours, then on the 3rd hour, cancel the transaction.

The escalation event was added to the transaction configuration and it is working but we would like to send an email with different text on the 2nd notification.

How do we specify the email template separately for just the 2nd notification?
