How to change from IBM I powr/DB2 platform to WIN /SQLplatform

Hi ,

We are on E920 TR 9.2.3.1 and on IBM I powr platform (Enterprise Server) with DB2 database. We are planning to upgrade to TR 9.2.5.x and also want to migrate to Windows SQL environment.

How can we migrate to SQL database and change enterprise server.

What will be best approach?
