Has anyone done TZ upgrade on 19c to 36 .
We have applied the patch RDBMS DSTv36 Patch 32327201 is and following the instruction given in the document . but running in to below error . We tried increasing SGA ,flushing shared pool , nothing worked . Any pointers .
