Automatic Billing events for Project contract

we are using Project contract and it's integration with Project Billing module

once the shipping is done for billable contract lines in Delivery Tracking system(DTS) want to create automatic billing events in Project contract . how this can be achieved using out of box functionality ? for this try to ran the Interface Trip Stop SRS but in Delivery parameter LOV the Delivery number for contract line is missing because of this issue cannot deliver to customer and create Billing events

is this can be achieved by using seeded billing extension by assigning at Project level /Project contract ??

OR we need to build customization to create automatic billing events to achieve this ? so can run PRC : Generate Draft Invoice program
