Upgrade from Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition One to Oracle Database 18 Standard Edition Two

Hi All,


We are planing to upgrade from Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition One to Oracle Database 18 Standard Edition Two. Existing OS is Win SER 2008 R2 and new OS will be Win SER 2016. 


If it's charged pls let us know how much. Already we have "Software Update License & Support" with Oracle.


Can someone please assist us in this regard.
