looking to enable TLS and I have questions about what OAS level I am at

R12.1.3 environment on-premise and we do patch regularly but as I review Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 (Doc ID 376700.1) and I get to Step 3 - Upgrade to Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 10.1.3.5 which then leads me to Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 454811.1) I am not sure how to verify if I am already at the required level.

Step 1 Download OracleAS 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Patch Set 5 (10.1.3.5.0)

Download OracleAS 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Patch Set 5 (10.1.3.5.0) delivered via Patch 8626084 from My Oracle Support. Readme says it is from August 2009.

Step 2 Download Environment Preparation Patch for OracleAS 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Patch Set 5 (10.1.3.5.0). Download
