For Essbase 11.1.2.4 - where/how do I change SQL server names connections?

I'm an de-facto Essbase admin for a pretty big company. Its pretty much only an accounting product, so my IT dept. isn't very involved with maintenance, setup or any of that stuff. One of the DBAs reached out and told me I will need to change from the current SQL server to a newer one.

Where/how do I do that?
