AUTOMATED BENEFITS DEDUCTION END DATE RULE

We are building an automated event rule for HLTH benefits and TER event classification and we need an additional option in the "Deduction + Flex Credits End" dropdown list. This field does not deliver the ability to stop the deduction on the pay period start date after the coverage ends.  This seems like a fairly common need.

The navigation to the page where this is set up is Set Up HCM>Product Related>Automated Benefits>Eligibility and Event Rules>Event Rules Table.

Adding the additional custom option to the drop-down list is obviously simple but adding the logic to execute this rule involves changes to the PSPBATBL.cbl COBOL program and we aren't very excited about that prospect.
