Hi All,

We are about to move forward with an upgrade of EBS 12.1.2 to 12.1.3. This is the first upgrade of its kind that our company, So Can anyone provide step by step tips or lessons learned to help us get through this process smoothly?

Please provide it relevant document ASAP from first to last step.
