PO_DOCS_OPEN_INTERFACE - Update po_distributions_interface (po_distributions_all )

Hello,

is it possible to update or modify po_distributions_all using PO_DOCS_OPEN_INTERFACE?

When I try to modify a line in po_distributions_all  using interface, I am getting the below error even though Action is UPDATE for PO_LINES_INTERFACE

Error: Line number populated already exists on the Standard Purchase Order (VALUE=1)

How can I resolve the issue?
