PA School District Change - Dover SD to Northern York SD

Vertex recently delivered a change for Washington Twp, PA to change the school district from Dover ASD (67180) to Northern York County SD (67460) effective 7/1/2021. Although the school district shows in the Define Cities, it cannot be populated on the employees. Is there a change needed from Oracle for this as well? If so has or when will it be released?
