I have down loaded patch and want to deploy: Patch 32904851: DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.12.0.0.0

Oracle download page says: This patch is part of the following system patch. Consider downloading the system patch instead.

32895426 GI RELEASE UPDATE 19.12.0.0.0 System Patch

Question: We are not using Grid Infrastructure. 32895426 is for Grid. Why should we use GI system patch? Please clarify and help us.
