Compilation of MVs as part of Upgrade taking huge time

We are working on project to upgrade database 12c to 19c and EBS version 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. As part of database upgrade, dbua compiles objects at last as post upgrade steps.

Materialized Views compilation is taking very long time. Anyway we can avoid refresh during upgrade to reduce the compilation time?
