ASM Disk Groups Active

in Database Administration (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

I moved my database from one ASM disk group to another disk group, however old disk group still shows to be connected to the DB. It seems to be normal to me as when the ASM was started the db was instantiated from old disk group so ASM is still keeping connection live to those DG as well. I may be wrong so just want to have more info in order to understand  it better. Any insights please?
