AME trouble

Hi - We are using EBS 12.2.10, yes IProc and PO with AME. For our normal REQs, everything is great.

Now, for one PO Category, they essentially want the same hierarchy BUT for a certain amount say between $100K to $100,00K, they want it to go to one person, so go up the normal hierarchy when it hits that amount, always go to this one person, not travelling up the normal hierarchy. I am stuck, Pre and Post Approval limits will not work and not an experiences AME Rule creation person, so thought I would bat it around here.
