Field Service RMA Receipt Error "Receipt Date Is Earlier Than The Shipped Date Of The Referenced SO"

We have a SO that has generated out of Service Billing and has closed. The order line is a bill only as the item delivered on the SO is a rental item, so there is no shipping data that is available. When we do an RMA for this SO the RMA errs out with the Error "Receipt Date Is Earlier Than The Shipped Date Of The Referenced Sales Order". The RMA is possibly throwing up this error because it does not recognize the shipping date as there is no shipping data.

This functionality worked fine in 12.1.3 but shows the above mentioned behavior in 12.2.8.
