Chrome - Not providing download APEX output

Hi Team,

Recently we migrated APEX from 19 to 20. All functionality is working fine except below.

  1. Wild card search(%) (Prompt/LOV for any parameter) is not available in 20 version. i.e any parameter LOV - % option is not available.
  2. Through chrome - once users click on download option then it will download directly. It is not asking users to save report with custom name.

Please help me with answers for above questions.
