Back Dated updates in Budget amount Via Budget Journals

Dear All

I have a requirements where my client can update the budgets in previously closed period in the current open budget year. For example

1) Current open Budget Year 2021-22

2) Budget Year carry period from April-21 to March-22

3) April-21 Period is closed in GL

4) In the budget journal window field "Starting period" LOV do not show April-21 period since it is closed. It allows to update the budget balances for the period May-21 onwards.

My client requirement is to update the April-21 budget period amount by journal without opening the April 21 period. Is there any profile option or any set-up which enables back dated update in the current open budget year for the budget amount via journal .We are on R12.1.3
