Adding A Tile To A Composite Page That Calls An URL

Hello,

I am designing a composite page based on a former E1 Classic Page. One of the icons on the Classic Page was a call to the client's job openings web site. I would like to incorporate that into my Composite Page. I did find a thread that said it could be done by creating a task id that calls a URL which we created.

I have added the task id no problem to my Composite Page, but when I click on the tile, I get this:

What am I missing? Thanks for any help!
