Identical planning cubes with different calc times

Hello, we're currently migrating a planning cube to a new windows server as well as 11.2 version, with equal or higher specs, everything went smoothly with the LCMs and building it out. When it came time to run the same scripts and loads, it is taking 3-4x longer than the older environment. I've matched up the settings in the essbase.cfg file, the caches were matched up as well, but the only thing that I can see that is different is this:

OK/INFO - 1012568 - Commit Blocks Interval was adjusted to be [26121] blocks

This was consistently being logged in the old environment but not in the new. I've updated the Commit Block settings to 80,000 (from 3,000) , and while it is a big improvement, the times are still not close to what it used to run. (I should note that the old environment has 3,000 as the value)
