Upgrade Oracle 12.2.0.1 GI non-RAC to Oracle19.3 on RHEL 7.

Hello,

We are planning to upgrade Oracle 12.2.0.1 GI non-RAC to Oracle19.3 on RHEL 7.

Does the Grid also needs to be upgraded to 19.3 or it's only Oracle 19.3 Software installation ,running the Pre-Upgrade Information Tool and database upgrade (manual).
