Moving ORACLE_HOME... to the same location (Linux)

Hi all,

This pertains to an Oracle 19.9.0 (non-RAC, non-PDB/CDB) installation on a RHEL 7.9 server. I am trying to get my Oracle installations off of a physical drive and on to a SAN drive, and I'm not sure of the best way to go about it because of a quirk in our configuration.

The physical hard drive is mounted at /internal1/apps, and a symbolic link "/apps" points to /internal1/apps. Prior to our 19c upgrade all applications used this /apps symlink to reference the software location, but when I migrated to 19c I used the absolute path:

  OraDB12Home1     /apps/oracle/12.1.0.2
