S11.4.36.101.2 (S11.4 SRU36.101.2) has been delivered to the external support repository and MOS.  

https://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/support

This repo is intended for use with the pkg client rather than a browser. 

If you want to access it with a browser you'll need to create a PKCS12 Keystore to access a secure repository with Firefox.
