Lease Contracts with multiple locations-Duplcation n calcultion whn there is Rent Increase contract

We have created a lease contract with two locations for 5 year tenure.

Then we created a rent increase contracts for each of these locations for every year (Total eight rent increase contracts). However what we identified is that, irrespective of single location specified in every Rent Increase contract, the Rent Increase is being calculated for both the locations in the Master lease contract every time.

Is this a default calculation or is there any option available to restrict Rent Increase being calculated for only that location against which the Rent Increase is created.
