R12 - OTL, Cannot enter Create Timecard page - Error Page

Hi forum,

Recently we have come across some issues for a few users. They cannot create timecards in OTL, when they press menu Create TImecard they receive following message.

"Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance."

We cannot find any issues on the user, in hr employee setup or in organization. Can someone please advise on how to proceed our investigation?
