Creating a balance transaction report that includes project costing fields

Our goal is to create a comprehensive general ledger account balance activity report that includes transaction detail sourced from manual entries and those posted from the sub-ledgers. An important requirement for this report is the inclusion of Project Costing information for activity that is related to a project, and has interfaced into our Project Costing module. The issue that we encounter relates to the fact that our COA string does not include a segment for project id, or any other project costing field.
