Upgrading to JDE 9.2.5.4 - Sales order update PO is being ignored

We are in the middle of a code current project to bring us up to 9.2.5.4. While testing ST/OT I noticed that the status update processing option on R42520 and R42565 seems to be ignored. I have two versions for each - one to be used as a proof or reprint and the other with the PO set to update to next status. Both versions behave the same. Is there a PO on P4210 that might be affecting it?



When I did a reprint on the pickslip after the the next status was at 999 it updated last status to 999 and next to blank and the order was no longer highlighted in blue.
