ELM Mandatory Learning Policy for Programs

Hello,

This question is specifically for the Peoplesoft ELM 9.2 environment. There is a mandatory learning policy set up option for classes. Outside of the auto enrollment setting available I am strictly interested in a mandatory learning policy set up but it be for a program instead. Has anybody utilized similar functionality for programs?
