IP 21.8 Patch Hang

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has been able to get 21.8 installed. For us 21.8 hangs right after the installation. It say "Applying required configuration changes. Please wait".

This is the second time we tried. Thought it might be Windows Defender but this time we disabled it and still got the hang.
