Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Request to create Hold Source based on Sales agreement to prevent the orders creating against it

Hi Team,

my customer wanted to have a hold applied on orders created against the sales agreement.

this hold should prevent booking of orders.

please suggest any options.
