Oracle Restart 19c - Accidentally dropped $ORACLE_BASE/crsdata

Hi, Everyone

This is Oracle Restart 19c on Oracle Linux 7.9 x86_64. ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle. We accidentally deleted the directory structure off ORACLE_BASE, including the crsdata tree. GRID_HOME is intact, and local and cluster resources are online. There is one database, and it is online/offline because its binaries were also dropped. We have a backup of the database binaries that we can restore, and the ASM disk groups are online and accessible. Database recovery is in progress on a different Restart host.

Is there any way to recreate ORACLE_BASE/crsdata and salvage the Restart installation?

Howdy, Stranger!
