Future Dated Process

Hi,

Is there a way to alert admin of a future dated change/termination in Managed Offer or Hiring in Oracle Fusion/HCM?


Example:

Internal candidates would submit their resignation but change their mind and apply for an internal role in another location. Recruiters are unaware of the termination status in the system and proceed with the requisition.

Recruiter would then continue in Manage Offer, submit the change, and have it approved.

The change is now in the system but the termination date still remain.
