How to copy a number of grid formats from a user to all users?

JDE 9.2, TR 9.2.5.4

Need to copy a number of grid formats (GF) from a specific user in PD to all users in PD. GF in PD are currently at 02 status.

Thought was to add to an OMWW project in PD then demote to DV. Approve all GFs demoted, change security to *PUBLIC, then add to new OMWW project and promote normally (DV-PY-PD), enabling in each environment.

Is there a current document on hot to accomplish this, or advice please?
