How do I register the AP Payment Format Program(Automatic Payment Programs, EBS 11i) in R12.2 ?

I am currently carrying out the upgrade project (Fresh Install) of EBS 11i system to EBS R12.2.

I want to register the AP Payment Format Program (Automatic Payment Programs) used in the 11i version to the ERP of the R12.2 version, but I can't figure out how.



I want to register BCAPC002 program in EBS R12.2,

After that, I want to use it for formatting in the Payment Process Request.

I ask for help from experts.
