Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Idaho Supplemental tax issues after July 2021 vertex Update - R12 US Oracle Payroll

hi All,

When we applied the Vertex Patch of July 2021, we found issues for Idaho Supplemental Tax.

When we reached out to Vertex, we got a response " run a before and after report from Oracle front end" , they do not have the instructions for it.

We are R12 US Oracle Payroll customers.

Looking for steps to run the before and after report and any insights you might have on this Tax issue due to Vertex.
