From EnterpriseOne -Work with submitted jobs application (WSJ) , scheduler runs a UBE but on occasion the actual PDF is not printing on the printer. I can go to submitted jobs and open a generated file and view the PDF successfully. Users can open the PDF and print the file successfully using Adobe or other PDF viewers to the network printer specified. However, when the UBE is specified for print immediate and submitted , the output is not printed on the printer immediately or at all. Everything looks correct on the JDE side like everything went through fine
