Siebel DB Configuration for New Siebel DB

When I try install new Siebel DB on Oracle Database getting below DDLIMP errors.

Can you share patch details to be applied in Oracle DB 12201 ?

Siebel Version: IP2013

DB Version: Oracle Database Server 12.2.0.1

DB Server Version: RHEL 7.8 64 bit
