Change hostname, SID and port when moving Fusion Middleware Metadata Repository

Hi,

We have installed Forms/Reports in Oracle Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4 in machine A. No HA and WLS_REPORTs, WLS_FORMS and ORDS as managed servers. This environment works with Oracle database 11.2.0.4. in machine B.

Oracle Homes, oracle instance and everything about Fussion Middlewareis just on machine A except the database.

We are migrating database to 19c and therefore we need to move RCU schemes from the database 11.2.0.4 to the other D.B. version 19c. The new one (19c) have no the same service name nor SID nor port.

Is it possible to do this even manually?
