Forms Personalization in ARXTWMAI

Hello, I would like to create a Responsibility with a Personalization that all stops the users of that responsibility from looking at certain Transaction Types in ARXTWMAI

At the moment there is just one Tran Type to exclude called "Overpayment Salary"

I thought the personalization would look something like the attached but it does not seem to work.

The context is set at Responsibility level on the tab you can't see

Can someone correct me
