Configuring data guard broker and static listener entry

Hi

We have 2 RAC clusters RAC1 and RAC2

On RAC1 cluster we have a 2 node RAC database - Primary / Prod database - DB_NAME= DBAP, DB_UNIQUE_NAME=DBAP_TN

on RAC2 cluster we have a single instance physical standby - DB_NAME= DBAP, DB_UNIQUE_NAME=DBAP_FL

On both clusters there are other primary and standby databases running as well

The physical standby is in synch with primary and now we are trying to configure broker to manage this configuration 

One of the steps in configuring the broker is the setup up STATIC LISTENER entries on all 3 nodes (2 primary and 1 standby) and that is where we
