Mapping document for State W4 and JDE - Incorrect Tax

Where can I get a mapping document for State W4 (LA, GA, NM, CO, UT) and JDE(Tax Overrides(F06017))? We have employees in these states, and we are getting incorrect tax calculations in JDE. Does Oracle/Vertex have a document where the dependents, exemptions, withholdings, exemptions, etc., should go? I am not successful so far. Would you please suggest to me if you have any ideas? Here is the sample.
