Time out Log Out

After a specific users session expires they are getting the following message in the form.

"Your login session is no longer valid. Would you like to log back in so you can continue working? If you do not log in, any outstanding data change in your forms will not be saved."

They select yes but when it takes them back to the IE login page they are unable to log in. they have to close IE and start over.
