EBS 12.2 - How to cancel request still running but with no more CM

Hi,

I don't succeed in cancelling a request (status running): appears one msg telling that's impossible to kill it because of the corresponding CM abnormally completed and that ICM normally sets the request as completed and with status Error.

But the ICM did nothing.

So how cancel the request? I only know its request id and this one is no more in the table fnd_concurrent_request.
