Not able to edit accounted debit and credit

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) 1 comment

We are able to edit accounted debit and credit for one ledger but for another ledger we are not able edit it. Can we know what is the setup to edit accounted debit and credit in GL lines (12.1.3)?
